Ed Rachal FoundationGRANTS shall only be awarded to exempt organizations qualified under IRS Code 501(c)(3) or governmental entities and must be used for charitable, scientific, literary or educational purposes in accordance with IRS 501(c)(3) guidelines. 

All grant funds must be expended for exempt purposes within the State of Texas.

 WHO IS ELIGIBLE? 
You must be a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization or a for-profit organization that is aligned with one of our three charitable programs: preservation, education, or wellness. We provide general operating support, fund specific programs or help social entrepreneurs get new products off the ground.

Texas Food and Wine Alliance Culinary Grant ProgramLaunching into its tenth year of supporting culinary innovation and community giveback through its one-of-a-kind grant program, the Texas Food & Wine Alliance awards grants to selected organizations/individuals exhibiting culinary innovation that contributes to the Texas community in Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio. Since 2012, TFWA has given $528,500 to local culinary professionals, businesses, and nonprofits.  Click here for more information.

Foot Locker Foundation Community Empowerment Program
LISC and Foot Locker, Inc., through the Foot Locker Foundation, are launching a third round of grants for the Foot Locker Foundation Community Empowerment Program, a multi-city initiative to support nonprofit community organizations that empower youth in underserved communities. The program aims to bridge gaps driven by racial inequity and promote youth empowerment and community wellness—all while supporting community-based organizations led by people of color. In its third round, the Foot Locker Foundation Community Empowerment Program will provide grants ranging from $25,000 to $100,000 to organizations that offer a range of services for young people, including health and wellness, education and life skills support, mentoring, and career development in 13 cities.

Kars4Kids Small Grant Program
Are you a 501c3 organization with a central focus of doing original work on behalf of America’s children? We want to hear from you. We accept submissions from all US-based, nonsectarian, IRS-recognized nonprofit organizations. Grants typically range from $500-$2,000, depending on such factors as mission alignment and availability of funds.

Every year Shipt invests in organizations and nonprofits that are innovating to advance economic mobility, address food insecurity, and support communities in need.

Shipt’s purpose is to “spark the connections that show why every person counts”. We focus on high-impact initiatives dedicated to meeting the many needs of our communities. As such, we invite interested organizations across the U.S. to apply for grants ranging from $1,000-$25,000.

For this cycle, Shipt is prioritizing applications that serve the following markets: Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; Birmingham, AL; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; Houston, TX; Los Angeles, CA; Minneapolis, MN; and New York City, NY. However, applications serving other markets will still be considered.
