| The 2023 Lights On Afterschool Poster Contest is here! Vote for your favorite youth-created art to be featured on posters sent to 8,000+ #LightsOnAfterschool events nationwide. The winning artist and afterschool program will be credited on the poster and will receive $500. Five finalists made it to the voting round, one of them is from an OST organization in Houston, TX: 1. Mya, Northside Neighborhood House-ATLAS, Soddy Daisy, TN 2. Chastang-Fournier K-8 School students, Mobile, AL 3. Meadow, Young Rembrandts of Southeastern Pennsylvania, Southeast, PA 4. Lydia, Folks Middle School Art Club, San Antonio, TX 5. Houston Healthy Hip-Hop: Afterschool Hip-Hop Dance Theatre and RAD Art program students, Houston, TX To cast your vote, go to the Afterschool Alliance page on Facebook comment the number that corresponds to your favorite poster entry!
