 The Houston Police Department Midwest Division is collecting candy donations and asking for volunteers for its Trunk or Treat event coming up in October. Volunteers will be asked to decorate their cars and hand out candy. Those interested may send an email to Midwest.DRT@HoustonPolice.org. |
